Natural Ingredients Rather than Artificial Ingredients in skincare industrial

Did you know that many scented lotions, perfumes, foamy body washes, and glittery makeup products sold in malls and other places have toxins in them? In general, the Food and Drug Administration does not require beauty products to be approved before they are sold, although the companies have the legal responsibility for them to be safe if used correctly. Chemicals and toxic fragrances in bath and body products
The popular scented lotions and body washes are dyed with artificial colors made from petroleum, like Yellow #5 and Red #40. These dyes may be contaminated with carcinogens as well.  Some body washes and bath products are foamy with the help of chemicals linked to cancer and may irritate the skin and scalp by stripping away the natural oils that normally protect it. These dyes may be readily absorbed by shaven skin, where they can go directly into the bloodstream. Also, PEG Compounds have also been known to be linked to cancer.
Cosmetic fragrances can include highly toxic ingredients, hormone disruptors, and carcinogens. There are also ingredients that are used to induce foaminess in bath products: Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) is known to be contaminated with a chemical linked to cancer and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate(SLS) is known to irritate the scalp and skin by stripping away the natural oils that protect them.
 
Another whammy is that cosmetic companies do not tell us what they put in their ‘fragrances’, but they can include several highly toxic ingredients, hormone disruptors, and carcinogens.  Fragrances are linked to asthma triggers as well.  These fragrances commonly contain phthalates that help the scents last longer.  Since manufacturers are not required to list their fragrance ingredients (and are pretty much self-regulated), they can hide more than 100 toxic ingredients in their products.  They also contain alcohols which can irritate and dry sensitive skin and even make you appear older! :(
