Lizush has provided excellent service to me these past few months. My package was shipped to my friend and was unfortunately returned. Lizzy’s flexibility, patience, and understanding made the customer service process less stressful. She ended up sending the package directly to me the 2nd time months later (unfortunately my message notifications were off). Once I finally contacted her back, she was very understanding. I was very pleased with her quick communication. The packaging for this gift box is so beautiful and the products she made were lovely. I cannot wait to hand deliver this to my friend.
